As the days pass, the situation worsens. The youngest child starts to suffer from nightmares so intense that he wakes up screaming, claiming that monsters are trying to drag him away. The parents, initially skeptical, soon witness the terrifying events for themselves. They hear disembodied voices, see apparitions, and feel an overwhelming sense of dread that seems to pervade the entire house.
